The Manage by Numbers (MBN) training program provides in-depth training on management strategies and best practices that are relevant to Canadian Harley-Davidson dealerships.

Only the MBN course modules can deliver training on leveraging your H-D Canada NCM Dealer Dashboard, your DealerVu DMS, and H-D Canada reports and tools and creating action plans that will help you improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Membership sign-up provides you with 1 full year of the following features and benefits:

  • As a member, you will be able have as many students as you want have unlimited access to the online training video modules throughout your membership period for a low price per course group or, to all the MBN course modules for one low total price for the entire MBN course.

    Please Note: Student users that register under a dealer Membership must be employed by that dealership. Users not employed by a dealership will be denied access to the MBN courses.
  • When you purchase any of the initial H-D Canada MBN Courses shown on the Courses page, any of staff members employed by your dealership will have unlimited access to the course modules for a period of one (1) year from the date of your course registration.
  • Upon registration for membership, ResultsGuru will provide the dealer with a limited number of hours of 1-on-1 online chat sessions with any of your MBN course attendees in order to answer questions related to the course material (maximum of 4 hours total per year per registered dealer).
  • Upon registration for membership, ResultsGuru will provide the dealer with a Dealer Performance Scorecard (DPS) that examines the dealership's performance based on their NCM KPI data. ResultsGuru shall interpret the results of the DPS and provide a 1-hour session with the Dealer Principal and General Manager to discuss dealership strengths and weaknesses and to create an MBN training plan for dealership staff.
  • ResultsGuru will provide dealers with an updated DPS at the mid-point of their 1-year membership and at the end of any year that the dealer renews membership for the MBN program after their initial registration year.
  • Dealers may request that ResultsGuru prepare additional DPS reports at any time during the membership year at an additional charge to the dealer of CAD$350, payable directly to 1043232 B.C. Ltd. dba ResultsGuru.com
  • In addition to all these benefits, the ResultsGuru, Brian Schumacher, will hold a quarterly online webinar for Controllers to share tips and tricks on accounting and using technology within the dealer environment. This webinar will be a great opportunity for Controllers to ask questions and share feedback. Controllers of dealerships registered as members will receive an invitation by email as to the date and time once the 2024 schedule is known.
